Automatic tracks your mileage for you so submitting for reimbursement is a breeze. Each expense includes important data like your mileage, route map, start/end address, and even a visual receipt, so your expenses are accurate and defendable. You can access your full history and add the details of a trip to expense reports right from your phone, anywhere in the world.
When you push a trip to Concur, Automatic generates a unique trip summary with a route map and attaches it to an expense report of your choice. Push trips to Concur from the integration page (not the Automatic app) on your phone or desktop computer. We recommend bookmarking the page so you can return easily every time you need to expense a trip.
The integration with Automatic is free, though being a Concur user requires that your employer have a paid plan.
Note: Due to a limitation with the Concur API, using Concur Expense with Automatic will not work at this time if your company uses multiple mileage rates (very rare in the US).
